Full Time Personal Banker

Reports to: Branch Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Personal Banker is responsible for; performing duties and support related to branch operations and financial services, processing all new account transactions, assisting customers in their selection of accounts and financial services, promoting the bank’s products and services, promoting business by good customer relations and referring customers to the appropriate staff. The Personal Banker also is required to be fully knowledgeable and skilled in the areas of vault, account opening, frontline responsibilities and is required to provide leadership, training, motivation and support to less experienced branch staff.
