Celebrating Abby Bradley: Q4 Employee Excellence Award Recipient

Congratulations to Abby Bradley on receiving the Q4 2024 Employee Excellence Award at Farmers Bank of Willards! Abby has been a valued part of our team for nearly nine years, starting as a frontline associate and becoming branch manager in 2023. Having worked in multiple branches, she’s built strong connections with both customers and colleagues. When asked what she enjoys most about her work, Abby shared: “I love the people. 100%. Because we are a community bank, we get to know our customers on several levels and develop relationships with them. This goes for our customers and my co-workers. It’s like a family here.”

Originally from Carroll County, MD, Abby now calls Willards home. She is the oldest of seven siblings, a proud wife, and a devoted mom to her 10-year-old daughter. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, a passion she picked up from her mother.
