FBW Promotion – Salisbury It gives us great pleasure to announce the promotion of Courtnee Smith to Personal Banker, effective immediately. In Courtnee’s 13 months with the Bank, she has quickly been recognized by the customers of the Salisbury branch as a go-getter and a problem solver. Courtnee originally joined the Bank with a good bit of customer service experience, however, her most interesting past occupation was that of a crabber down in Bivalve/Nanticoke.
